WHAT IS THE PROCESS WHEN SELLING YOUR PRACTICE?
Complete and submit our online form. All information you supply will be treated confidentially.
Once we receive your online form, we will contact you within three to five business days to learn more about your practice and to answer questions you have about us.
If you decide to take the next step, we will send you a simple questionnaire that asks a few more questions about your practice. Included in the questionnaire is a request for a short list of summary financial information and a few computer reports from your practice management software that we need. Once we review this material we will contact you and share our findings with you. If we both decide to take the next step, then we will arrange a confidential visit to your practice which allows us to discuss the opportunity in more detail. It is a simple process that you should find helpful and informative.
At this point, we will each have a good understanding of our mutual goals. If we both elect to proceed, we will enter into a more formal non-binding Letter of Intent which starts the process of documenting the sale of your practice. An employment agreement, a purchase agreement, and if applicable, a lease are then drafted and the process moves to completion.
